Daniel J. Farnsworth, Jr., is a senior associate in the firm of Olson, Smith, Jordan & Cox, P.A. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina on August 29, 1969. Over the past thirteen years, he has clerked for a Circuit Judge, and worked as an Assistant Solicitor and an Assistant Public Defender in Greenville County, then established law practices in both South Carolina and Virginia. Mr. Farnsworth has vast experience in handling both criminal and civil cases, as well as real estate and other transactional matters. Mr. Farnsworth’s broad background makes him uniquely qualified to represent clients on many different civil and criminal matters, including injury cases and serious felony charges.

Daniel, Tammy, and their four children reside in Greenville. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys playing golf, bird hunting, snowboarding, and coaching kids’ athletics.
